I would like to share my bitter experience when I ordered a home gym equipment from www.symbios.pk. This higher urge you not to buy any thing from this website due to defective products and almost no customer service. Below is the text of the complaint email I had sent to symbios which will give you more insight of this matter:
"
Dear Symbios,
The said equipment was delivered to my premises at around 2:00 pm today i.e., January 5th 2012 and received by my wife. It was delivered by "blue EX" courier.
The packing of the equipment was in a very bad shape i.e., its box was patched by masking tape from many sides. When I
opened and started to assemble the equipment, there were some missing items in the package due to which the equipment could not be fully assembled. The equipment is also showing the signs of wear and tear and rust marks are also visible. Missing holes in the equipment assembly also hinders the proper installation of the equipment.
I reported the said problem to your customer support and they said that I should courier back this faulty equipment to them. My argument is that "is it my fault that the equipment is a faulty one?" "Where is your quality check when you people dispatched the said equipment?" "Why the same courier could not collect it back from me and send it to symbios?"
The receipt on the package clearly states that
“I cannot open this box without payment once I have paid for the
equipment. I have five (5) days of checking warranty within which I can register my complaint against the delivered equipment.”
Now that I have paid for the equipment, it is not Symbios’s responsibility to cater for any damage or faulty equipment within the days that they have themselves assigned. If I have to return this equipment myself then how am I assured that I will get back the new and correct equipment as I have already paid for it
and who will bear the expenses of courier?

i also advise you that do not buy any product from this site symbios.pk
i ordered a mobile phone and it was not according to my order now it was six for me bcoz now i have opened the seal and the courier was not responsible at all... it was a bad experience for me so plz plz avoid to buy things from that site....
