The Dream____The Reality!

It all started with a dream...A dream to express, a desire to communicate in Style, sophistication and classic elegance.....

And hence the first outlet of Lajwanti was set up in 1999 in Preal Continental, Lahore, Dealing primarily in made to order Bridals and HOute Couture. The response that the little outlet met waw so immense that the label was whisked away to be positioned amoung the front liners of the fashion world within no time.

Lajwanti, since then has just one way to tread on...forward, and forward....and foward still...

Today the label after less than a decade after since its initiation features five major outlets within and outside the country, has added a scintillating prt-a-porter line (both for men and women) and has set up a small weaving unit comprising a khadi loom as well as moderm power looms of its very own.
 

The Background:
Lajwanti primarily started as haut-e-couture high-end Bridal fashion house; producing masterpiece Bridal, Formal and party wears on customer's demonds. These dresses were proficiently made and were considered unmatchable in design depth and the neatness of craff. Latter, we added a new dimension to their styling by integrating backwards into fabric production. we currently have power looms (for silk) as well as hand looms for hand woven fabric. After the success with bridals and Heavy formals, we have successfully tapped into the men's market. Lajwanti provides custom made fashion Accessories (Shoes, Bags etc) along with their dresses. The next logical step for Lajwanti was to get into home furnishings. We have achieved that by launching "Lajwanti Lifestyle". Lajwanti Lifestyle" offers lamps, frames, flowers, furniture, and other Home decorations along with the prt line.

The Future:
In a short time of four years the organization has gone from a small level desiging outlet to a major name in the design world for south asian market not only in the Pakistan but in the over seas pakistanis and Indians. The next stage for expansion will include out lets in various places of North America, France and Dubai. The UK ethnic market has a high potential as people we have a strong buying power and to show their identity on festive occasions they wear such garments. To increase sales outlets, we establish our product and it is liked by not only people of sub-continent but also by the west as we have blended, fused it with the western wear to inject more fiancs in product and design development in stocks and to enhance our production capacity. To achieve these financial challenges we our working to wards concept of Fanchising and Banks involvement. We are giving Lajwantis franchise to warthy people/ groups through legal contracts so that we can expand even further.
